We currently have 3 categories for lead assignment based on industry, 2 of the groups are assigned to individual users and the 3rd group is to be round robin out to other users.

I have tried the Lead Assignment app in Zoho marketplace but that just round robins the leads to every user in the CRM, which is completely useless if you have non-sales users. There doesn't seem to be any way to create a group of users for this round robin app.

All the documentation about Lead Assignment rules in CRM states it can be utilised with Webforms but I cant seem to figure out how this is done, we only seem to be able to assign leads using workflow rules from zoho forms.
