Lead auto responder marketing sales funnel email process

Hello Zoho, 

I want to create a dynamic auto generated follow up email process. 

We are a construction trade providing the same quotations for supplying services to multiple Building Companies who all bid (tender) on the same opportunity to secure work on a construction project for a developer. 

The aim is to reduce task time and only allow potential clients choose from a of set responses we create. 

The selected choice will open a web page and allow the person a secondary option. An example of this is when a person wants to unsubscribe from an email. You select the “unsubscribe” link and it opens a page and provides multi choice answers or other. 

I want a similar process for following up on Leads. 

Please note I am new to Zoho and have no experience in using the program. The example below is me thinking how it would work. 

For example, we create the quote and select an email marketing funnel to distribute it to selected builders who are bidding on a project. The first email introduces our company advising them of the attached quote for supply of services. The dynamic response in this email is “yes we have received your quote” and will trigger the second email in the process. If no response, the first email is repeated 3 times. After 3 emails with no response a sales call task is set to the client we submitted the quote. 

The second email would be set for 1 month later and has multiple dynamic link responses. For example, the multi choice links would read
1. Yes we have been awarded the contract
2. We are being considered and are waiting confirmation
3. No sorry we were unsuccessful
The response would trigger the next step in the funnel. 

A response to option 1 would open a link online to allow the lead to select a calendar event meeting time for a video meeting with options to insert additional attendees. Failure to select a response would trigger an email to be sent at 8am the following morning with a request to choose a video meeting event date. This would repeat one more time. If no event meeting date was selected, a sales call task would be set to call the lead the following day to physically request a meeting date. 

Option 2 would reset the email for one months time.

Option 3 would ask them for feedback on our quote from a multiple choice selection. Quote to high. Quote to low. Quote layout good. Quote layout bad. 

Understanding this process is possible and how to create and implement will allow me to do my job once and save huge amounts of time.
