1. Leads imported and automatic "prospecting" email template sent
2. Status automatically changed to "Attempted to Contact"
3. 1 week later if still a lead and contact remains "Attempted to Contact" (in other words they didn't respond), then send them a follow-up email and change status to "Second Attempt"
4. 2 Weeks later, if still a lead and contact remains "Second Attempt" email another template and change status to "Final Attempt Made"
5. if status remains same 1 week later, change status to "No Response"
