Lead Conversion - Account Phone Number Issues

Following a recent trade show I had several leads from the same company. Each individual provided me with their direct phone number.

Following qualification of the leads I have converted them to opportunities.

Here is my issue:

After I convert the first lead it automatically assigns that individual's direct phone number as the phone number for the account. When I convert subsequent leads Zoho requires that I overwrite the existing account phone number with the direct phone number of the lead I am converting.

Zoho needs to change the way they handle the conversion process to avoid this problem.
