Im getting a "Parent field length should be less than or equal to the other field length" error when trying to edit Lead Field Mappings.

I understand that the leads field needs to be the same size or smaller than the mapped field in contacts or accounts. But I am experiencing a situation where one field is throwing this error and cant find it?

Is there an error log that I can look at that will show me the offending field? Or can I export the fields from the modules and I can look at the field size values to find the culprit?
