We are able to get Converted Lead report on report module and see conversion time based on day calculation.

Conversion time option should be also based hour and minute unites. Every company is not waiting I think more than 1 day for converting of leads. And this report should be seem on analytics reports also in motivator. I would like to analyze conversion average time performance of teams but unfortunately support team respond me negative. If I can do this report in excel manually, I believe Zoho can do it easily as well.

If there are some issues while calculation this report, it should be selectable parameters and items by admin. In case the admin disable parameters which is affecting result, and enable the rest, we can get average results based on team, lead source, users etc. 

This time report is also so important for marketing, we would like to use it as an argument for our clients.
