I have been searching and can't find how to convert a lead to a custom module.

Serious question.  Zoho has been around for what seems like 10 years.  How the heck is this not a supported feature? 

The only thing I can find is writing some custom scripts to accomplish this.  Is that accurate?  If so, my question stands.
