Lead Count Discrepancy

Hi all,

I have recently come across an issue with my lead count and was wondering if anyone could help me out to resolve it?

Last week our 'active leads' state there are 16 leads in processing, New leads taken in for the week 1, leads converted to lost 3 therefore we should have 14 but Zoho tells me there is 13.

I know there is little discrepancy but on a management report perspective each week I could do with getting this clarified asap.

Does anyone know how to resolve it or is there no resolution?
