Hi,

I have about 2,000 new leads at the moment. What I'd like to do is set up a system where each day I can view a list of 20 or so leads that I've never emailed, add them to some sort of autoresponder, and send them a list of reach-out emails and forget about them. The next day I can easily select another 20 I've never emailed to put them through this autoresponder.

There's a few issues with this that I've found so far - I can't create a custom view based on "email - not sent" status as it isn't an option, while the autoresponders work only with custom views (not filters). 

Second: although autoresponders are set to dynamic (where you'd hope to put new leads every day to receive emails), the autoresponder seems to repeat itself if you put the start and end date long enough. Now I have prospects receiving the first emails for the second time around.

If this is not how you'd go about it at all, please let me know what an effective set-up to reach out to prospects daily (in the most automated manner possible) and follow up with them as well is that you've found.

P.S - Autoresponders need a lot of explanation/help as they're a dangerous tool if left to someone like me who's not quite sure how to use them and can't find much detailed info online.
