There is two option for lead assignment in Roun Robin Case: Online status or shift in CRM
- Online- Users should be login into CRM. if they close then it not assign them.
- shift- after non-shifting/nonworking hr lead does not assign.
what we need. when users on holiday then only lead should not be assigned, otherwise, it should be assign.
user not online or not in shift time these are no sense, obviously, after a non-working hour no one can stay online for lead assignment there is no sense for it..
we just need, do not assign lead when users on holiday only.
how we can do this?
