Lead Fields not in Accounts Section. How do I change this?

Lead Fields not in Accounts Section. How do I change this?

I created all my Leads fields without adding copies to my Accounts section. I clicked on Edit to change this, but the option is no longer there. Is there a way I can get the Lead fields to go to Accounts without deleted current information?
