Lead flow- I do not want leads/opportunities to require an account, accounts are for customers
Hi,
I have a question regarding lead flow.
I would like to have leads created when a form comes in (easy enough), or manually enter them when someone calls in (easy enough)
Once there is an initial phone call, and the lead is qualified, and we see an opportunity, I want to be able to add an opportunity with a value on it to manage through the opportunities board, but I don't necessarily want it to create an account for this. ie- we use account for, well, accounts/out customers. If an opportunity is lost, I do not want an account sitting in our CRM that we may never interact with again in the future.
I tried dealing with ZOHO support, and their solution was that I can convert it into a contact, but would need to disable to accounts module which made no sense to me.
Has anyone got any ideas/suggestions?
