I have my lead form set up with one of the first Fields being a drop down box, ready for clicking what category of callers I am on the phone with.
For example:

Is there a way to set Zoho Crm up so that when i click on A: from the drop down above, the Lead Form can be a different type and also be in a different category? Sort of like workflow rules I guess.
Basically, I want to have multiple Lead Forms for my employees based upon what category they are saying the lead belongs in.
