Lead Import ignores most of my records

Im trying and trying to import my lead records from an .xls file.    All of my critical information is complete in all the records, yet Zoho skips over half of them saying the records are incomplete

I've rebuilt the .xls sheet 3 times now, even matching the field names exactly - pointed all field to Zoho fields and it STILL misses over half the records - saying they are incomplete.

I have over a day's work into trying to import 150 records.  Wow.  I have more records but if I can't get 150 to import I'm not even trying to import a larger file.

Is there a way to FORCE the import and tell the Zoho CRM system to accept the records period.  This is getting to be more of a hassle than I expected and I may need to go look for another CRM system will take my information.

Ideas anyone???
