Lead information not able to be seen by new Zoho user

Lead information not able to be seen by new Zoho user

Hello, we just added a third user to our Zoho environment.

That new user is not able to see the lead's information even if he has acces to all the same things than the other 2 users.

What should I verify to solve that problem?
