I am a sales manager and we use Zoho one to manage all our business.
I looking for a super efficient way to call leads.
My dream is a windows with one lead in it and after a call, my rep can add info like "no answer" or "no deal" and then click a button like (next) and this will bring him to an other lead page.
all this to be efficient and not distract by other thing to do and reduce risk of error.
I was thinking use a canvas, but you need to open the lead to modify it.
Did someone have an idea on the way I can do this?
