Lead Nurturing / Time Based Workflows

Hi There,

We have been using Zoho for about 4 months now. We are currently on the standard edition.

I am looking to take our lead nurturing / follow up to a new level - as currently on the standard, we are missing the opportunity to target leads, that have not responded on the first contact. I believe this will be covered under time-based workflow rules?

My question is -  can you point me in the right direction so I can learn what Zoho has to offer in this regard.

Besides Lead Nurturing, I am looking for segmenting leads as well - based on different properties. For example - Type of Industry lead is in, or (We are in the Automotive industry) type of vehicle lead enquired on - eg. SUV / Small Car / Family Car - so marketing messages can be better targeted.

But my main issue at the moment - is to maximize the leads we currently have. As I suspect we are losing out on opportunities, by not targeting the leads with relevant info - even up to one month after initial enquiry.
