We are attempting to set leads as Private so that sales rep A cannot see the leads assigned to other reps. We followed these instructions and set leads as Private. This appeared to be working, but after a few days we tested it by logging in as Rep A and in their lead view of All Open Leads, it still lists leads assigned to other reps.
Please help! What are we not setting correctly?
