lead search by company name

When searching leads (I'm using the "Find Leads" box), it appears to only search on name. I require the ability to search on company name as well, since that's who we sell to. I realize that this works fine once you convert the lead to a potential, but we need the ability to do it while it still at the Lead stage.

Also, we store a bunch of information in the description field today in Sugar that I would ultimately want to move over to the Notes section in Zoho. I need the ability to search on keywords that might appear in these fields. For example, find any leads that include "oracle" in the description field. In Sugar today, despite all of its shortcomings, the search function searches all fields.
