I have been using Zoho for more than a year and I believe I need something from it that I cannot figure out how to achieve:
I need to give periodic status reports to my corporate HQ for leads that have come through the corporate website.
When a lead comes in it is transferred to Zoho > Leads with a Lead Source of "Website".
If this remains as a lead or gets promoted to a Potential then this Lead Source field gets preserved and I can generate a report filtered on this lead source.
But, if the lead is not valid for conversion into Potential but I do rate it high enough to convert into Account and Contact the Lead Source data is lost and of course the lead is now lost since it's converted.
For my status reports I (think) I need to generate a report from Leads, Accounts and Potentials to cover all the leads that have been received.
