Lead Status Report associated with number of days (age) in a particular status

Hi,

We want, a lead status report to be generated saying that how many days has been passed in a particular status.
Then, if the number of days are morethan 14 days, an auto generated escalation should go to manager. is it possible in Zoho CRM ?
