Day 1 for me with Zoho.

I've created two accounts, the 'super admin' one and a 'standard' account. 

I created one lead (manually) logged in as the super admin account, however I cannot view this lead when logged in as the standard account. 

Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?
