lead web form help

hey there - i'm using the web form for lead generation and i need to parse the data - i need it to submit to the db but also take the info they input to push to the "returnURL" so that i can include that with data that they need to print to send with their shipment.

anyone worked the form like this before? i'd really appreciate the assistance.
