My company uses the LEADS module for potential, future Prospects & I'd like to file the Lead using the Company Name rather than the Lead Name. 

When dealing with other businesses, it seems backwards, that we have to refer to a Lead by an individual's fist & last name, rather than their actual company and business name.

I am proposing the ability to have a Company name as well as a Lead Name, but have the ability to have the Company Name be filed & sorted rather that the individual's name. 

Right now, if I want to search for Home Depot as my future client, I would have to know the individual's name in order to find that Lead, this seems completely backwards when working with businesses.
