Leads being "automatically" re-assigned to other owners
Hi
It seems as if the system is automatically changing the lead owner.
You can see in the snapshot below that Nicole was working on the lead. There is no history showing that the lead was manually changed to Bronwyn but as below shows, Bronwyn was suddenly the lead owner and we had to change it back to Nicole.

Please could someone troubleshoot this problem for me - it is going to cause many issues if it persists.
