Hi, 

If we have leads that for whatever reason do not convert to an opportunity and instead converted to contact and prospect account , then later down the line they get back in touch - how do we add a lead to an existing contact record?

I believe if you create in the leads module it will just duplicate the record which I do not want. 

Does anyone have a solution to this?
