Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Potentials, ARE YOU KIDDING ME??

Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Potentials, ARE YOU KIDDING ME??

All I want to do in Zoho, which was simple 10 years ago, is to have a Company (ABC Corp) and then scroll down and see all of the employees. 

Why is that concept so challenging. Why has Zoho decided we have to compartmentalize every entity into Potentils, Companies, Leads, Contacts. It drives me nuts. 

And to do this is nearly impossible. You have to first change a lead to an account then associate Contacts with said lead.. I am going nuts
