I am using CRM to track communications with various professional firms. I have a list of approx. 500 firms and 4,000 individuals within those firms. What I want to do is as follows but I don't think Zoho CRM will do this.
- Import all 500 firms as accounts.
- Import all 4,000 individuals as leads.
- When I go into the Account, I would like to be able to see all the leads that related to the account (the same way all the contacts show up). This is where I don't think Zoho CRM will accommodate.
- I will send emails to the leads.
- When I make contact with a lead, I would then convert them to a contact. That way my contacts will only be people I have communicated with (meaning they responded to an email or call. The leads would stay a lead (even if I sent an email) if I have not had a response.
This would work perfectly for me but what I don't see in the CRM is the ability to see all the leads tied to an account.
Is my thinking correct? Do you have any other ideas how I might accomplish this.
