Greetings - I am in the individual insurance business and am working on implementing Zoho CRM (One actually) for my business. So far it's been pretty easy and required only a few long nights of head scratching to bend the platform to my will.
I've read several threads here about lead conversion and pipeline management but I'm still not seeing a clean solution offered.
We use Leads as leads - individuals come in and they are created as leads. We don't use Deals or Accounts at all because an individual buys something and that's it. Once they buy something, we convert them to a Contact with their policy information - end of workflow for new leads.
I'm looking for a conversion report by agent by time period - ideally something in Analytics or Dashboards that can be displayed as a widget.
I'm also looking for a pipeline report that shows my stages in order and allows filtering. I'm trying to work with the recommendation of numbering the lead statuses but that's not really working out well so far.
Any pointers would be helpful if anyone else is out there using this for DTC sales management.
