Leads Details and Setup areas Greyed Out

Leads Details and Setup areas Greyed Out

When I am in the Leads module and I click a record the Leads Detail page is greyed out (still fully clickable and editable) *Screenshot 1

When I enter the setup screen it is the same thing *Screenshot #2

Mac OSX 10.9 Safari 7.0.1

Zoho Role is Administrator

Questions - Why?  How do I fix this? How do I prevent future occurrence?
