Leads do not have accounts associated to them while contacts do, how to deal with this

Leads do not have accounts associated to them while contacts do, how to deal with this

while it sounds totally obvious that leads do not have accounts associated to them, in practice, I'm running into some issue with this.

How does one deal with multiple people from one company (admins, et cetera) before a lead gets converted to an contact+account+oppty? Or do you just convert them pretty early on in the process?
