I'm really new in CRMs and there is no-one else to ask in our startup. So here I go with my question after I explain our process.
- Leads are generated every time a user completes our online form asking for more information about our products.
They complete their name, email and phone number.
- If the same user asks for more info about Product 1, product 2, product 3...I want to see him as ONE lead, not as 3.
