I'm a new CRM user. Importing Leads is working well, only problem is that some Company Names are showing up in all caps (because they are in all caps in the Filemaker source database)
In Filemaker, I have tried re-formattting the Company Name as "Title Case" (upper and lower case). Records look fine in Filemaker. But when I re-export as .csv file, using "preserving data as formatted" option, they still come in all caps or a mixture--so visually, the data is inconsistent.
Can I apply case formatting to the Company Name field in Zoho? Or any suggestions how to get round this?
