I have a business scenario: we have a lead which is taken care of by an external partner. In this case, we only send email to the Lead's associated Partner to ask for updates on the sales process.
When we send the email from the Lead's record to our associated Partner, the email is recorded in the Leads' email list. The response from the Partner is not recorded in the Lead's email list however.
What kind of workaround could you propose to capture the response? I have access to the new email workflow features, perhaps there would be a way to filter the incoming emails and attribute it to a leads by a custom function?
