Leads: Map Custom Fields. No options appear in drop down menu

Leads: Map Custom Fields. No options appear in drop down menu

When I am mapping the information to convert from leads to account, I am able to map almost all of them. But I want to map Website to convert to website. The problem is that in Accounts there is no options in the drop down menu, it just says none. Can you help me out? Thx.
