I thought i logged this a while ago and it was held for review, but can''t find it - apologies if its a repost but this is critical to me right now (i see issues logged that are years old and un-addressed which is very disturbing) 

I looked at my delete box but that does not look full

I am trying to upload on another newer, faster computer but same problem. (the attachments box on the right says limit exceeded, but its only I will send you the spreadsheet so you can look at it and find where these rows are hiding.
