I have just started using Zoho CRM to find out if it useful for our organization. I have the following questions:

1. I want to have my leads organized by the company name not the contact person (Leadname). Can I switch this? If yes, how?

2. If my first question is answered positively the following I have multiple contactpersons per organization. How can I add additional contactpersons to a company?

3. Is it possible to import multiple contact per company straight away?

I'm keen on some reactions.
