leads owner

I just started working in Zoho, and it works well. i am trying to assign lead owners already in the excel file to import into zoho, but their is a lock symbol on my lead owners tab. how can i change that or how can i assign lead owners already from excel. I dont want to do it in zoho i know how but directly from excel. thanks.
