we are currently customizing Zoho CRM to our business activities.
we have some business partners to give us referrals to create leads and we need to tracking those referrals.
the information of business partners will be put into contacts. we don't use account tab as we dealing with individuals.
when we create a new leads, can we add a new custom field, say "referred by" as lookup to link with existing contact?
or is there any way to go around it?
