Hi, our visitors/leads will hire one service, and they will be in a path of 5 steps from "lead" to "hiring".

So I added into the leads module one list with these different points where they can be. 

Then, they will be the leads, costumers, contacts.... I mean one unique registry for them, with all their fields and one field defining in which point they are.

The point should be that later, for emailing, analytics etc we could choose one state of the lead and send them one unique email.

Is this a right way to do this? what do I do with customers etc, is enought hidding the tab into the menu configuration?
