I have entered ten individuals into the leads section of our zoho account and now only one of them is showing up. I went to re-enter the other leads but each time I try to save, it says:
The record(s) you are trying to access is not available.
Following could be the reasons:
- You do not have permissions to access this record(s).
- The record(s) could have been deleted from Zoho CRM.
Has anyone else experienced this? What can I do to correct this? I'm wasting time trying to enter information that wont stick.
