We have imported a database of companies as leads. Since we didn't know the last name of the contact person for many of these companies, we imported them indicating "NO NAME" in the "Last name" field.
Before we assigned to our sales executives, we happened to find the contact names of *several* key decision makers in several companies and we needed updated the leads adding several "CONTACTS" for this company.
This could be done only by converting the lead into "ACCOUNT", which enabled us to insert several "CONTACTS".
The problem is that these "updated" companies don't count as "LEADS" anymore and can be found only as "ACCOUNT", which seem impossible to be converted back to leads and do not seem to be assignable to our sales exec.
What's wrong with it?
