I feel like I'm missing something VERY basic.
We can track deals won in reporting, that's great.
For us, Leads are converted to Deals - we'd like to build a report that shows "Leads Won" (different from "Deals Won").
It doesn't seem like Zoho CRM reporting has any way to track if a Lead is won, so how can we build a report that shows our "Lead close ratio" (note that "leads converted" is not what we're after here)
