Hi, I have some query regarding the zoho people Approval settings . In zoho people when our employee submit the leave application then without any further approval from manager and director the leave will be marked as paid leave in attendance module . What we want is without any approval from manager or directly it will show as absent in attendance module and once its approved then it will show as paid leave.

 So lets take a example of this employee. She has applied the leave for  18th march but without the approval of manager and director her leave has been marked as sick leave . However we have configured the approval settings also . We want that without leave approval from manager and director the leave will be show as absent
