We have configured approvals for leaves and set them as "Reporting to" (1 level).

Right now, when a Manager is absent and someone will submit a new leave we definietly need to allow someone to check it and approve it as a replacement. Can it be done differently than granting someone temporarly admin role? It's quite dangerous from a few points of view :)
