Leave requests with balance <= 0 days
When I try to apply for leave with 0-day balance in a particular type, I get an message telling me "
Sorry, you do not have sufficient balance in the applied leave period."
Is it possible to allow employees to request leave even though their balance in a particular category is 0. Our company policy allows employees to have a negative balance up to 5 days for Paid Time Off with manager approval.
I don't want to adjust "initial balance" or "customize entitlement" because the employee has to earn back a negative balance through future PTO accrual.
