Hello, In our company we have a very flexible vacation policy. I would like to know if the Leave Tracker can meet our needs, which are:

• To have the option to accrue past vacation days and carry them forward to the current year (and show the total number for each employee in a report or tab similar to the "Leave Balance Report"). But also keep the yearly Leave Balance Report.

• To calculate vacation days according to the individual start date of every employee (that is, if one employee started working on October 17th, 2016, he/she will have a year working at the company on October 17th, 2017, meaning that on this specific date, he/she starts accruing vacation days).
