LEAVING ZOHO-AWFUL SERVICE-nobody to give real help, nobody on the phone lines-my last attempt at contact with you!

I am going to leave zoho mail and use a different service such as GMAIL in the next 24 hours if this problem is not sorted out.

This is the fourth time I have attempted contacting someone about this problem. There is nobody on your phone lines, it simply asks to 'leave a message and we will get back to you'. I have already tried posting on here and emailing support twice, with no real help or support.

To reiterate the problem again:
I am the sole admin and we have not had email access or docs access for the following address: university.relations@internindia.co.uk

We keep getting the same error message 'incorrect password' despite changing it TEN TIMES and being absolutely 100% sure that we are typing it in correctly.

At first it was only a problem using a MAC but now we cannot access the email address from any computer (including PCs and different laptops).

All the other accounts we have are working fine. I don't understand why we keep getting an error message for this account.

We have months worth of emails and documents on this account which we cannot access. We have lost 4 days of business due to this problem and nobody at zoho seems to appreciate this or give any reply which is actually beneficial or a solution to this problem.


THIS IS MY LAST ATTEMPT AT CONTACT-if we are not able to get this sortted out within 24 hours then we will be forced to shift all the accounts to another service provider. Once again, PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP.
The only help we have relieved are generic emails from zoho which are delayed replies and do not offer any solutions. I feel really sorry for businesses who are paying good money to use this poor service.
