Leaving zoho mail

Leaving zoho mail after aprox. 1,5 years of using it. Why should I entrust my correspondence to the hands of a company that deactivates my account without any motive or notification, does not respond to my enquiries relating to the issue and does not publish or process the questions I put here in this very forum? Dismal.
