I want to have a custom field in the contacts module ("Rep for this contact's account") to equal the custom field called "Rep" in that contact's account. 

The idea is, is that I can create and pull up a view of all contacts of a particular rep in the company. The company doesn't let all the rep's have any access to the system, for technical and cost reasons. 

Any help would be appreciated.
